β β β β β I have been a regular customer at Sai service for last 8 years. They really service your car with care. Only issue I faced in the last few years was the bill of servicing was regularly between range of 15,000 to 20,000. Decided to change with the service vendor which is also Maruti Suzuki affiliated one. Servicing cost has come down drastically. They really need to look at the cost they are charging on servicing.

β β β β β Abhijeet Gaikwad is the person who made my day excellent by Delivering my new ERTIGA before time.... Best attitude, very humble and polite person from SAI SERVICES..... I went only 2 times for essential paperwork before my car delivery to SAI..... ABHIJEET took care of other things because of which my car handover was very smooth..... He explained everything in very detailed manner to me about car and about documents required no need to go again and again to the office and No need to take followup.... The best sales person i have met till now....I should also thank Milind Sonawane for helping me out in paperwork and car selection. AND last but not the least Mr. Shailesh Soman who gave me all the information needed for Other Sai Service stations which are near to my house for further servicing and maintainance. Shailesh Soman and Milind Had personally gave me all the after delivery information needed..... Again Thanks to all of you guys to make my dream come true in very short time.....I will definitely suggest others to go to SAI and ask for Abhijit.....

β β β β β My husband has handover his car for servicing but these people had done nothing and had my car for 10 days.During that period Deccan Sai Service centre hasn't provided any alternate car and never pickup the call.
These people are very irresponsible and doesn't care about the customer problem.
My husband has managed office using local transport or cab services..
Finally after high escalation we got our car with incomplete service, with the new dent over the car.
Very pathetic service center.

β β β β β My experience while puchasing my 3 rd car with Sai Services in last 16 years since 2005 has been very excellent. I want to give big thanks to your representative Maruti Gade and Balaji Jadhav, for their excellent service, detailed explanations, paper work etc. And both of them has been very excellent. Entire staff wheter it is your font end sales, Spares Manager, every one has been very co operative. Only request is that now, if your finance also returns my extra payment to be returned to me, then that team will also have similar feedback from me. Thanks Sai Services....

β β β β β It gives me immense pleasure to talk about Sai Service, Pune, Deccan Gymkhana. Being my first car I had already pre-booked as per procedure with other showroom, but was not sure with the delivery dates. And I was stiff on my target date. Firstly I would thank to Mr. Shaam Keshav who contacted me, I would say that was an co incidence and my luck because of whom I had got the delivery a week prior. All the transactions and service was quick and prompt. Will surely recommend Sai service Deccan to my family and friends. I am impressed and a Big thanks to Shaam, without whom this was not possible. :)
