★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a owner of Tata Nano Cx, right now my car is under service at your Parvati facility. Problems are; You don't have any signage at entrance ! how do we know where on earth are you located? Pandit auto was famous, but does that mean we need to solve a puzzle? , you don;t even keep spares at your disposal, oil filter and fuel filters are out of stock !?? is this the same Pandit Auto who's name was so famous for last 15 years? your timings are typical Puneri ! when can a office going person can drop his/her vehicle ? when I asked for home pick-up for servicing your executive said can we pick your car in next week?? what the hell? improve your attitude and service both that too immediately ..else you will be lost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. I had regret my decision of buying Tata car from Pandit Auto. even after two complains they are not able to diagnose problem. pathetic customer care. All they do is sell their AMCs instead of solving issues. I doubt if they really even service the cars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a name...of no use...i request each n every customer not to waste ur time n money in Pandit automotives...the worst experience i had...third class service a customer can have is in Pandit automotives...workers break the parts of engine n Mr. Peter farnandis gives us the bill for the same for Rs. 2000/- and the real cost is of 1580/- mrp on the box of the spare part..for their mistakes...n we pay the money for no reason..n for what reason ur car is in ..the work is been not done n same problem arrives in 1 just hour...n u have paid total Rs. 3860/- n problem is as it is...n I can say for sure the owner of Pandit automotive surely don't know what is goin on behind his back...just a loot of money n no satisfaction for customers..n who cares???
Totally disappointed.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely pathetic experience with Pandit Auto Service center. Unfortunately had to get my vehicle done for an accident claim and the work took almost 2 months! Landed with a hefty claim amount (almost 60k for my Nano!!!, Btw you can get a second hand nano for the same price!!!) After receiving the vehcile was driving it home and found ppl staring at me and i could smell fuel, saw a trail of fuel out of my car, stopped the car and checked to my.horror the fuel pipe was not locked propely and was leaking fuel, had to call the service guys and get it fixed, as always received pathetic reply when i took it to the showroom!
On second ocassion which is 3 days back had to get the servicing done, submitted my vehicle , was denied 2nd free servicing as i exceeded the date (was charged 500 rs for the servicing) , after servicing the vehicle was dropped at my home, found that right side blinker was blinking too fast, headlight was not working and the bill showcased change of horn assembly and the horn now sounds pathetic! After driving for 4 days noticed a thudding sound from the front suspension!!!
So i am on my way again to the showroom to get the problem rectified...
I am really not sure if my vehicle has been serviced at all.. honest advice would be to find a good mechnic to get the vehicle serviced properly... Avoid servicing at so called authorised service centers like this...❎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hopeless service... Overcharge for servicing. They just want to make money by inflating the bills. Best part is 9 out of 10 times spare parts are not available n service advisor asks you to go to some other service centre. I gave my car for a service post which several problems started. Make visits to the centre...Casual approach in handling cars with same repeat issues. I wish to escalate this service centres unprofessional n greedy behaviour in cheating customers to Tata Motors Head Office. Find a different service centre, this ain't good. Not fit to be called service centre!!
