Staff not skilled to handle hard to diagnose problem. They are not even positive in listening and accepting that problem exists. You have to take vehicle multiple times to them to fix same issue. I don't recommend this service station to anyone.

It is located 15 kms from Wanowrie, 7-8 kms from Hadapsar. In a remote place which is so dusty and untidy. The work done by the team is not up to the mark. Tata is not doing a great job in building their vehicles anyway, but the service also is not great. The executives are polite, but the expertise is too theoretical and no one works and assists out of the box. Most important is that Tata has all it's service centers far from reach of customers.

More issues arised after servicing. I had to go multiple times to get them resolved. They had not done wheel balancing and after I complained they said we forgot. They broke my switch of driver side mirror and broke my AC, as it was working well before servicing. Car seats were wet while delivery and gave reason we just washed it now. It took 2 full days to do routine checkup of my car that too with lot of problems. They will call hundred times telling offers about servicing and then no call after delivery.

Worst ever service center experienced. Especially the service advisor. I just went for changing the headlight bulbs on my SAFARI STORME (one Dipper & one upper bulb ) which usually takes not more than 3-4 minutes to replace and is free of cost. You just have to pay for the bulbs. The service advisor charged 900/- labour charges for changing the bulbs. The description mentioned was "Labour charges for whole headlight assembly removing and fitting". Being a Tata vehicle owner since 15 years & a proud SOUL member, I never found such a disgusting experience till date. My recommendation, avoid servicing your lovely vehicle here. If there is no option, please crosscheck with the parts and labour you purchase from this worst place. Also lodged a complaint with Tata Motors for such fooling experience.

The advisor is very technically sound, and very helpful to give each and every detail about servicing, unfortunately did not gave any discount but generally if you insist them they gives 2 or 3 %. overall cost of serving is acceptable and no hidden charges they occurs ... I would like to give them suggestions about loyalty points program for customers who consistently drop their vehicle to phonix motors.

This place is anything but luxury. The service is decent. At the moment it is understaffed because of many not returning from hometowns due to Covid-19. Found only one advisor but was knowledgeable enough. Customer and service satisfaction was good. Unlike Hyundai or Maruti, they did not force me for a good feedback. But instead left me prove whatever I want and then took the feedback seriously foe actions rather immidiately. Positives: Service Quality Decent machinery at hand Old service center means known processes or knowledge Waiting lounge available Negatives: Waiting lounge even though clean but lacks ventilation. No separate customer washroom and whatever is available is not excellent. Shared apace with other establishments like a school and few shops. Can be a problem during rush. Not easy to locate.

Be careful and cautions when you get your repair or servicing work done. My initial experience was to the mark but later I saw some issues. As I reported then, they were quick to address those but charged me every time they did some work, even though the issue originated due to their negligence. Ended up paying for their mistakes 3 times. Wasted lot of time and money. I use to preferred this place as its was the only authorized workshop near my place. But will never visit this place again.

Initial service was good, and would have given them a much higher rating. however from the second time onwards, there were barely any checks carried out and I had to end up spending a huge amount for their negligence. they were supposed to change all 4 break pads after inspecting this during the service however changed just 2 brake pads. this resulted in me driving 4000 kms and then having to change the disc and the rear brake pads. I had an issue with the AC, and this was the pits, basically the regulator for the air flow was not working in front. when I gave the car for checking, I immediately got a call stating that the motor etc needs to be changed and approx cost will be between 6000 - 7000. I had my doubts and went to a local AC car repair person to have it checked as second opinion. that person spent exactly 5 mins, and did not want to charge me as it was just a flap that was stuck. and thats how unfortunately Tata Service starts fleecing customers after the initial rounds of good service I guess.
