★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well , its been two years for us staying in this community. The star rating also have reduced to TWO from four in couple of years. Build quality is very good and reliable, safe for kids. But the real problem arises with maintenance, number of security guards are less compared to the occupancy, no CC TV cameras, labor goes for STRIKE for non payment of salary, the so called three star property club house has low maintenance, recycled water quality is below standard n you can witness insects n worms too in commodes..!!
PETROL, CYCLE GEARS, HELMATES will be stolen regularly,
Shuttle service is stopped and arranged for BMTC bus, it means you have to pay ,tons of broad band issues, entertaining more bachelors, you don't have any options left n need to go for Tata sky only.
If all the 35 towers are occupied fully then heaven becomes hell..!!!
A very good thing about this property is security guards..!! Their working commitment needs to be recognized n appreciated during pandemic time..!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice project spread in 25 acre of land, well maintained surrounded with full of greenary, people staying are very nice.
Ready to move in project with all amenities ready, must about its Clubhouse, comparing to the price of the flats, clubhouse is its next level.
There will be inter- tournament of indoor & outdoor games. The people stay here are very cooperative to each other.
Must visit & buy this Tata homes.

Electricity water garden clubhouse tennis basketball court reasturent supermarket clinic all comfort in one place.
For senior citizen clubhouse available is the best facility inside Riva. ample parking space
Electric car charger everywhere.
Above all awesome place.
