I had taken Coinbox connection from D.D.Communication, Kolhapur on Dt. 16/11/2006.At that time your company took deposited of Rs. 500 and gave receipt. After closed down the coinbox i deposited the coinbox machine in your Kolhapur office on dt. 4.2.2015 and demanded to refund my deposited amount of Rs. 500. But till today your office has not refunded me my deposit amount. If you cant refund my deposit amount then give directions for returning my coinbox machine as early as possible. Your service is not satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i have received a refund check from this office, however the name was misspelt, i am trying to get to the right party, but nobody seems to take responsibility. very disgusted with the service. first a man comes to my hosuse takes a checque and leaves, promising me that he will provide broadband service to my household. however he quits the job and no one else after that contacts me or acknowledges reciving any checque. now i have received a refund check however i want to get my name corrected. if any can help please do help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I became subscriber to the Broad Band service of Tata Docomo hoping that the service will be in keeping with the name of Tata. To my utter surprise and frustration, this did not prove to be true but the service is very very poor and I am totally disappointed with it. I therefore give them the lowest rating possible, of 1 star, since that's the minimum, but i believe they don;t deserve even that. One of my biggest complaints is that there is no clear authority within the organization who is responsible for addressing my grievance. The only good part is that the customer service staff is extremely polite and courteous. Following is my experience.
I engaged the services of Tata Docomo in January 2017. At that time I was told that if I pay the subscription for the whole year , I will get the services for 15 months ie upto April 2018 end. Accordingly I paid Rs 9656 by cheque and have got the receipt and also the transaction is recorded in the passbook updates. This continued well upto August 2017. From September 2017 I started getting the monthly bills on SMS. I protested and sent my grievence letter in September 2017, copy of which is enclosed. I was informed that the matter has been sent to higher authorities for investigation and I will recive the reply by 24 Sept 2017. As I did not pay the monthly bill my Internet was disabled and restored after I complained about the billing. Those were Diwali days and as few guests were invited by me I did not wanted my internet service to be disrupted during this period I paid the October 2017 bill, under reply sent to me protest. I received the reply which is enclosed
Not getting the reply, I kept on reminding Tata Docomo and went on receiving Emails from them giving some reference number and some dates by which the issue will be resolved. None of the complaints were resolved by the said date and the issue remains unresolved to date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tata Docomo - the most third-rate company, notorious for their pathetic Customer service. I disconnected their services more than 6 months ago. Still waiting for refund. They are worst than Government offices and known for over-billing and cheating. Never become their Customer.
