★ ★ ★ ★ ★ West side is always one of my favorite place to buy Indian fusion clothing. Their collection is always on the point. Some of their in-house brands I love the most are Utsa and parsley. Recently grabbed some of the pieces from their preet vihar outlet. Looking forward to buy more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very old costumer of Tata westside i go their every month as my need and I am very happy of it but some day ago when I go to PREET VIHAR westside store I was very disappointed by one of your staff member he used to do discrimination on religion me and my family when reach their then he do not help me when I ask him to help me then he just ignore and he talked very rudely to my child that I feel very bad and I not like then I asked some of your staff that what is his name they said that his name is "Shalender Mishra" and he is on the post of Manager of mens collection. I am very angry on him.
and I request you to take strict action against such people because such kind of people give very bad impression to whole company soo please train your staff member so that no one can so this kind of abhor work with another.
so at last i will say that please take my review seriously so no one can have guts to do that again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have rated 0 stars if it would have been possible. The behaviour of the staff is really rude. I had my payment stuck for 5 minutes and they are like ki whenever the payment is cleared only then will give the shopping bag otherwise you can stand aside from the queue. They literally snatched the shopping bag from my hands. Even standing away from the queue was not a matter but the behaviour was unacceptably rude and insulting. My experience is really really bad. Would not visit the store ever again so would recommend the same to others.
If the manager of the store is reading this I would like to discuss this issue on call.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience at store, very nice staff. Although after the exit we tried to enter again(At 07:00 approx) and the guard stopped us saying it is not allowed which does not make sense. Entry again to the store is not allowed? We had done our shopping as well and we were not going empty-handed. As per my understanding, he was denying entry to avoid recounting of walk-in but that cannot be the right reason to say NO to a customer. I would advise to have a discussion with the concerned guard. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and most organised outlet of Westside that I have ever visited I am saying this as I swear by Westside and had been a regular shopper.The variety, cleanliness, staff and ambience everything was just perfect.I could locate here one of the best and fesh variety of Indian ethnic wear that I was after.
I would specifically like to mention about one of the staff Mr. Ayush who looked like a student working part time but his manners and sense of responsibility was just outstanding. He was so helpful that I could shop in no time as he was supportive.
A big thums up the the place and management.
