If you have paid any advance money for your dress so forget about it because they don't intend to deliver it on-time.
The owner will never pick-up your calls, nor they are available on boutique and will give you a fake promises that they deliver tomorrow but for them tomorrow never comes and at the end you have to forget about your advance money and have to go some other boutique.
