They don't treat there customers well infact blame them for the defect in there products. We bought a stroller from them on 24th June, within 10 days it's rod got broken. So instead of listening to our complaint and resolving they start blaming that it has broken due to overweight, we asked them that our daughter is 10 months old and she is just 8kg than how come it can break. They didnt have any answer but instead of accepting there fault that it could be manufacturing defect they said it's your fault only. This is the worst service experience for us , they are behaving as if it was our mistake to buy from FirstCry.

If you still want to visit this just ask them before buying about the return and exchange.
Go with Online option. I will never visit it again?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Products are costly, though they show huge discount but you get same product at lesser price in other shopes. Even after takingemberagip I am getting products at higher priceas compare to other shopes. They don't even adjust your discount coupons on discounted products, than what the great you or offering by offering coupens in. MRP. useless policy. Only benefit is you can all prducts in One shop. Otherwise no great deal.

Very poor quality third class products and even after requesting for an exchange the staff is unwilling to understand our issue. The attitude and behaviour of the firstcry company is absolutely unprofessional and they keep delaying the process.
They are fraud … I recommend don’t purchase anything from firstcry…. Better to purchase from elsewhere, else they will cheat you on return and exchange policies and you'll waste your money.very very poor
