As a Marketing Executive, I feel that this company has given me exactly the platform which I required at the beginning of my career. I know that I will be able to climb up the ladder over here. I am getting an insight into core marketing and the associated skills. I am glad that they hired me.

Softwares company... Awesome place for engineers. Most they work on java... Got almost all common facilities like badminton court, dormantry , tea coffee, get awesome pc to work. etc..

It's good office place to have. We have garden I'm front. Not crowed and quite place.

Great place to work. I have been working since 8 months. This company is awesome cuz I got a chance to learn new skills, as my suggestion if u want to learn new technologies join mobile team. We do angular, ionic, vue, react, flutter.

I worked 2 Years in Tavant Technologies from 2016 to 2018. Its really Good company where you will learn about new Technologies which will be helpful for you to grow in your career. Key-Points before joining Tavant Technolgies. 1. JOB Security - Yes Job security is there in Tavant technologies. 2. Work - Since they having lots of projects going on and they working on the latest technologies you will be satisfied with your work. 3. Salary - for Freshers they will provide 4.8 LPA package. but with experience they will provide the average packages which other companies will provide. 4. Hike in Salary - Salary hike is the main problem in Tavant Technologies. you will not get the best salary hike which you will be expecting from management. but its everywhere in every IT firm nothing new. 5. Time Flexibility - They will tell you to keep average of 8.30 hours per day but its not mandatory if you performing well and completing your work within time you can leave the place. and even if you don't there is no problem. 6. Bench System - They follow bench system even if they don't have project you can sit on bench for long period and keep learning something you will get Easy access of Plural sight where you can learn so many things. 7. Notice Period - 2 Months. 8. Work Satisfaction - Since they working on latest technologies you will be happy and EOD. you will feel the difference in your career after sometime. 9. Management - The Hire Authorities and really good here, if you having any problem you can reach out to them anytime and you can share with them. HR are same in all IT firm so no comments on that. 10. Company Environment - Its really good the facilities which they provide also good like a) if you reach before 9am you will get 50 Rs free coupon for Breakfast. b) after 7 pm Food will half rate. c. Indoor games like Badminton, carom and Table tennis available. 11. Work From Home - its available but if you have laptop to connect and if manager agrees. 12. If you are Software Engineer/ Senior Software Engineer the Desktop will be allocated to you which is really good in performance. from Technical lead and above will be allocate with Laptop. 13. if you join the Tavant Technologies they will assign 4000-5000 Rs to Employee for Team Lunch, Team Outing etc.. which is really good at least they care about Employee unlike other Organizations. Overall Tavant Technologies is really "Great place to Work" with. Off course sometimes things will not go as we expect but you need to keep on moving, Thats life. to know more things about company you can check with any employee who is currently working there. I am an Associate UI Architect and as a part of my job, I get to show my creativity and skills. Meeting and delivering to the requirements of the clients is both fun and satisfying. My knowledge is also increasing with my experience. My colleagues are supportive and guiding in nature. Without them, it wouldn’t have been possible for me to reach here.

I was been interviewed @ Tavant, later I got to know they are adhoc by process, they shortlist your profile, complete all the rounds of interview before that itself they will collect all your documents and salary expectations. Once done with all the process they won't get back. Which later was discovered, they complete all the rounds of interview and then get approval for budget. Most irritating part is HR doesn't stick to their words also doesn't maintain any transparency.
