Very bad experience. Some consultancy called me and scheduled my interview at Ness. For some emergency I was not able to attend the interview. Then they rescheduled my interview. Then I went through google reviews and decided not to go for interview and said I'm not interested. Then they started dramas. Calling every day asking my availability for the interview. In that one requiter from Ness asking me "if you are not interested why did you apply?" - So unprofessional. @Ness: It's my wish attending the interview at your company or not. You should not force the candidate to attend the interview in your company. Before interview only you are behaving like this with the candidates means I can imagine the condition of your current employees.

Interview experience was terrific horrible.. I never saw this kind of interview. HR people make us to wait for whole 1 day to take 1 round. I request HR people to take interview in standard way. I waited 1 day for just 5 minutes manual testing interview. This is not the way of interview in MNC's. The interviewer was not able take interview by the end of the day.

They are giving peanuts and they want google level candidates! When you go for an interview, be prepare, they actually want a team in you so that you can manage the whole lot of works generally done by 5 people. They just call for interview after that you will never hear from them! The HR did not give the contact no.only desk/office nos.was given that was never answered. Going for an interview in Ness is a waste of Time and Money ! They do not value you. However their behavior is good, at least something is good!

I reached the venue at 11 waited till 1 they didn't even take one round of interview. On asking they are asked to wait for 2 more hours. Schedule the interview at correct time. I had 2 more interviews to attend. If they had called me at least 1st round of interview I would have waited after that. Arrogantly they asked to wait for 2 more hours. Everyone's time is important. Respect it.

1. Layoffs, layoffs, and layoffs. Employee numbers went down drastically this year, some left on their own after suffering enough, and others were forced to go out by the company and freshers were the first target. 2. Work-life balance is non-existent. We are expected to work for 10-12 hours every day. 3. Calling employees back to the office since they don't care about the employee's safety. Some folks turned out COVID positive after coming to the office, and the management is doing a good job of keeping it a secret. COVID is still not under control, and the company doesn't care about your life at all. 4. Hike percentages are peanuts. This year they have an excuse to give. 5. Worst HR's I have seen. They will not respond to you or solve any of your problems. 6. No projects in the pipeline. Very easy to lose your job in this company. 7. One last thing, HR will deny whatever I wrote here and these 5-star reviews you see here are all FAKE During the WFH season, HR's have been asking every employee to write good reviews on glassdoor and send them a screenshot. *JOIN THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK*

Working at Ness means being part of an innovative community and a valued member of a collaborative team, it's such a flexible work environment that it may be a huge shock to someone coming from the outside or from a very structured and disciplined background. This does not mean there is no structure or discipline, on the contrary, there's structure with purpose. overall Ness a great place to work here is the few reason - flexibility, work from home, remote work, employee friendly organization, understanding people, motivated and proactive workforce, leadership is genuine and practices what they preach
