★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is astounding to note how these people loot the passengers in the name of airport shuttling. If you come to T1 by mistake and you want to go to T2, you cannot go in and take the service of Ola,Uber etc and prepaid.
You cannot take auto also, as it is not allowed in T2. You will lose minimum Rs.1000/ for getting you ferried to T2.This happen just because of wickedness of taxi drivers and airport authorities who want to loot the passengers.There should be clear demarcation
of terminals(giving names as Sahar and Santa Cruz).Starting of one booking point of outside T1 also will be helpful.
When will this kind of looting end and good service with justifiable wages provided. ? Let such bombaywalas prey on the sweat of others till then!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hands down always better to get a prepaid taxi than to try to get an Uber. A hired car is going to be more than double. Even an Uber is likely to be more expensive and you have the added fun of waiting for them to come for 10-15 min before the Uber drivers cancel. Save yourself the hassle and get a taxi!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here at night time to pick up someone. Food court is present but not many options and obviously expensive. Toilets are there to the extreme right of the Arrivals exit. The lack of complete roofing till the actual pick up point makes me wonder how tough it would be for an arrival traveller to get into a cab during the rains.
