★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is actually the worse place to get yourself counseled in my opinion. If you don't have good profile they will not give you much attention. My RM was Chaitali, applied to some colleges on my behalf and when I asked her to apply to more colleges she just kept delaying it and never helped me out. They should either say they can help me out or they can't , why giving ppl hopes of getting a call from yall. They did not even return my messages for days, I decided to apply to colleges for myself by myself and got acceptance from 2 of them. After everything was done by me, they texted me one day asking "What colleges I have decided to go to"( in september when it was already too late lol) I updated my colleges and everything right on the first day but still she didnt pay any attention and asked me the same thing after like 2-3 months. Absolutely unprofessional communication, I would say if you have little beat up profile just do some research for yourself and do stuff by yourself, you can ask for help from someone for the visa part though.. don't be discouraged if they just take you for granted, you can get admission in colleges you just gotta try it by yourself, don't listen to them honestly.

My whole plan got delayed just because of them and further my visa application got rejected because they didn't know which documents were required. They don't respond to your calls or queries as they work for free. They have thousands of students who want to pursue their career abroad and they don't care if your application or career is destroyed. All they care about is to gather maximum of the students. Students please go and hire some other professionals who are expert in overseas education and visa processes.

In my case, Ganesh was the one who helped me out, and I must say he was there to guide me at every step. In addition to it, he was there to help even after working hours. Moreover, the whole team of TC global, including the visa team and writing team, were very supportive of building up my profile. There were some challenges in my case, but I managed them with the whole team’s support.
