All documents and papers ok. Payment done.
Only delaying due to laziness.
VRL, even India post is far better...... will avoid TCI from this consignment onward....

Sent my items on the 1st of January and it’s the 12th of January today and they have still not delivered my items.
The taratala branch’s number keeps ringing and nobody answers it. The call centre says they will arrange a call back but it has been three days and even after repeated calls, they haven’t done anything at all!
Request everyone to kindly keep away from this useless delivery service.
