★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt location is good but the main problem is electricity if there is no power then what will you do. When the power breakdown there is no power in the lift hence the person who is shifting, it is very difficult to lift the luggage to the 6floor or above and it is also very difficult to take stairs for the older one's.
There are extreme power cuts in night as well as in day time also which remains for the long hours.
Therefore, if you have your own inverter then it is ok but what will the inverter do if it has no charge left in it.
So my advice to everyone is if you are looking to invest here then it OK if you are looking for rented apartment, it is good to have your own inverter for the little bit of relaxation.
One more thing, there is no dustbin are provided by the Society as all drop there garbage near the parking.
