Okay so there are only cons.
They hire in bulk but they just don’t know what to do with them. They say your training is scheduled for 40 days or 10 days but they will stretch for months. Their verbal communication is completely different from the documents they provide. Even after clearing certification , you will have to wait for days or weeks to get the stipend or salary. I literally did charity for them. And I am not the only one, a lot of trainees from different batches had to quit because they make us work for months without any stipend or salary. They don’t value your time, efforts or life. For them what matters is just their revenue. Overall it is a pathetic organization to work for. Beware of them. I will never in my life suggest someone to work for them. Before exploiting young , needy candidates, before wasting their time, money and energy, improve your management. Improve your own staffs.
The management should provide training not for the hired trainees but for their own support staff like their SMEs and Trainers and QAs .Because of the SMEs, Trainers and QAs , the trainees get fatal , and they give excuses like you were provided support and enough sources to deal with every situation. But their own support system lacks knowledge of the process. Work on that first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tech Mahindra, what a big company. Today I am going to share which I faced there. It is true this is a big company, there are no salary issue. But management system is too worst. When you will hit the floor then your life will be horrible. No on time break, always unnecessary pressure, no desired leave, even if you're going for toilet then at first you have to take permission from TL. It's not matter you are boy or girl. No one hear to complain regarding this. Even assistance manager or floor manager. They all are same category. Quality's are super special. They will judge your call according to their view, not matter what is accutal process policy. Your life became too worst. Like everyday before coming to office you'll think "Oh no, I have to go office now. Oh, my god!". May be you can think what I wrote. But this damn true.

The security measures here are simply top-notch. The overall ambience is extremely environment-friendly as well as employee-friendly. A large cafeteria is present at the ground floor, which caters to the food supply of thousands of employees who work there. Definitely recommended. ?

On Winter morning, atmosphere becomes feel like Hilly area ...
At outside a large number of Food stalls are present between of them I prefer 2-3 stalls all of you because their behaviour is extremely good for everyone & also provide their helpfull hands to everyone..like : - Bhai-Bhai cafe, Hanif tea store etc....
