★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good for them who want work life balance. Everything is good except few managers who came from other company culture. Ericsson has a very good defined policy and with that employees are very very happy. The number of managers who actually come from other companies feel like they never seen policy in favour of employees before. I think that is why the wanted to apply their previous company regulations on their project or team. Otherwise everything is so fine to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worked for more than 7 years. Good place. Nice people. Located at good place. Canteen, outside food everything is awesome. But now a days Ericsson loosing it's Glory. Hope Ericsson will come back with more charm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is situated at newtown DLF2. 1 hour from Airport and nearly 1 and half hours from Bidhannagar station. Area is restricted and can be accessed over permission.The building is clean and nicely decorated.
