It is one of the oldest SEZ after Wipro set up at New Town Rajarhat.The total area is around 30 acre and very well maintained.
Most of the big IT companies like TCS,CTS,Accenture, Capgemini etc has office in this premises.They are several banks and atm also present inside the campus.
The campus is well connected with Bus,auto etc with the city.

β β β β β A very clean and nice place. A very well built commercial tech park. Renowned IT MNCs like, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Cognizant, Capgemini, Accenture, Genpact etc. has offices inside. Moreover, it is a Special Economic Zone. A very nice workplace with world class amenities and surroundings. Though companies have their own canteen/cafeteria, you can find many food courts just outside the premises, and you can find almost all kinds of food. Well decorated gardens and clean surrounding and well connected transit system. Overall, a very good place to have your office over here.

β β β β β The campus is located at a fast-growing IT/ ITES hub of the city. The location is deο¬nitely the key highlight of the project. There is a 48m wide Major Arterial Road next to it and the airport is just 20 minutes away while many famous 5-star hotels such as Novotel, Swissotel, Westin and malls are in the close vicinity.
The architecture of the campus is also very distinct and modern as it beautifully stands out amidst other multi-tenanted IT/ITES developments present in the New Town IT hub. The campus greets its visitors with picturesque landscapes and water-bodies that give more reasons to smile everyday. β β β β β It's an IT organization's office premises. It's a SEZ area. Maximum well known IT organization's office is here like Cognizant, Tata Consultant Services (TCS), Accenture, Capgemini, Genpact, HCL etc. You find SBI, ICICI & HDFC bank along with their ATM service available also within this premises. Monginis & one cafe also available here. Frank ross medicine shop also available. Mainly 2 gates are thehe for entry. You can park your car here also. But you need appointment from any of the companies which are there and you need any of one government ID proof for entry.

β β β β β Infrastructure is good but lots of things missing like proper canteen, various option of food outlet, gift shop, chemist. Food available on the opposite road is way unhygienic and unhealthy. Recommendation would carry your own food and water. There is no RO water system inside the candoor, for drinking water you need to depend on your organization's refill RO water can.
