★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name has been changed couple of years ago when Candor has taken over this building from Unitech. Now, this building is named after Candor.
It is the biggest IT arena in Kolkata. There are many buildings over there. The buildings are named like A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, C1, C2, G1, G2 etc. This arena is the home of many IT biggies like Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tata Consultancy Services, Accenture etc.
It has underground parking lot. It is also huge. Every company has their own parking place their. So, before parking your car/bike, check where are you parking.
The environment inside the arena is very clean. Cleaning staffs worked round the clock. In winter, flowers are awesome inside the arena. Besides, plenty of trees are there inside it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the IT SEZ in Newtown. Many IT company have their work space facilities here. Best part of this place is lots of open area and gardens. It really relaxing for mind and eyes after daily office works. Many food joints and large food court present here. Also full running bank, swimming pool, gym and many other facilities are also available. Large secured paid car parking available for outside visitors.
