★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience with this branch. I visited the branch to get my accounts processed. There, I met this relationship manager Mr. Arijit Ghosh. He told me that he can help with my requirement and I should let him be tagged as the relationship manager so that for any future help, I can reach out to him. I submitted my documents to him. He started suggesting me with investment schemes that I didn't even ask for.
My nightmares started the very next day. I had to visit the branch again to submit my photograph because Mr. Arijit forgot to collect it on the first day.
For one week, this person kept on stalling with his lies and excuses. Neither he nor the branch manager updated me on the progress.
Finally, I started escalating, then this person submitted my application. He wasted one full week.
I asked the bank manager to reassign the task to someone else.
I had to reschedule several things due to this delay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New experience which leads me to give rating 1 star. I redeemed credit card points and hdfc charged me ~117 rupees. I did not understand why they charged me this and during redeemption, it was not written any where. I went to bank but they were even not interested to hear me. First time i had a bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch don't live up to the expectation of the customers. I have my account with this branch and wanted to close my account. I tried to visit the branch 10 minutes back but I was not allowed to enter the Unitech campus by the security officials. I requested the branch representative to provide a clearance so that I can get through, but I didn't get any kind of support nor assistance from the branch's end. I had enough of this nonsense. This branch sucks and I'll file a case against this branch in the consumer forum. Looser....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience at this branch. I had some issues for which I was required to fill a form. I asked for a pen and the whole bank didn't have an extra pen.. And they didn't even bother to provide it somehow. And when I asked a lady, she with much arrogance just reverted.. 'I am working'.. Like seriously you can't spare a pen for a minute.. And then they had no coordination.. No one knows exactly what is to be done.. Worst branch..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This HDFC branch is located inside Unitech IT premises. Possibly opened only for IT employees working with in secured Premises. Out of bound for rest who don’t hold access card. Others who wish to open acc or transfer account in bank located in Newtown AA3 (including NRI’s+HNI’s) can avail facility of ICICI Bank located in Karigori bhavan (opposite to Uniworld city & Rosedale township) & less than 1 km away from IT hub. For IT staffs working in Exclusive zone, can avail ICICI, HDFC, SBI banks that r located within IT premises. HDFC account holders who wish to have banks near newtown AA3/2 May choose to open ICICI account & migrate (transfer fund) from HDFC to ICICI. In terms of customer etiquette snd professionalism I found ICICI far superior to HDFC. Both banks have the safety rating
