★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Among all the appreciations towards this place's cleanliness and beautification I meant that too. But the procedure for entry of a visitor is too hectic and beware of the data they are putting on the gate pass, I suffered a lot due to the gate persons mistake. Although they have long process to access any part of the facility but one should come with extra one hour prior to their schedule to avoid any delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place to work, very good open space and couple of restaurants, banks, ATMs, medical store, Airtel stor, CCD , archies makes it good place. There are a number of street food/restaurants on both the exit gates who offer fast food, brkfast, lunch, tea, try specially the Tandoori chai, it's amazing. Public transport is easily available and there is ample parking space inside the campus, you may need parking sticker if you're visiting regularly. On occasional visits the guards may let you enter without pass just by showing company lanyard. Couple of things to improve are - there is no foot overbridge so it's a long walk to cross the road and at times you can see people jumping from the road divider. Second there is no dedicated smoking zone and you can see smokers chilling just outside the gate, in front of 'no smoking zone' board.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is awesome with its well maintenance but like everything has its own pros and cons the space doesn't grow trees which provides shades rather the trees stands there for the representation of trees which is one disappointment in the car parking lot near the entrance gates. The place would have been perfect if the trees grew abundant branch where one could sit under the shade and enjoy the fresh and cool air.
The place has tight security which is one positive point. The space is large enough that you shouldn't try travelling the whole campus unless you're done with your daily business as you'll be exhausted as it's such a giant campus. But the bench under the tress inside the campus and the colourful fishes are a must to see if you visit the campus as it'll help you improve if you've a bad day.
There's 2 gym as per my knowledge where one is run privately and the other run by the campus owner and of course its free and no charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place for different product & IT services MNCs like TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Capgemini etc. Offshore Delivery Centre/ Traning & Placement/Recruitment Office is located in this Candor IT/ITES SEZ , Newtown Action Area-1 also known as Unitech Hitech Tower. Greenary and clean ambience inside the campus. From Howrah to Candor Special Economic Zone direct route bus is AC-12.
