Tech Mahindra’s social activities are carried out by Tech Mahindra Foundation (TMF)- its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) arm. The Foundation was set up in 2006 as a Section 25 Company (referred to as a Section 8 Company in the Companies Act, 2013). Since then, it has worked tirelessly towards the vision of ‘Empowerment through Education’, establishing itself as a CSR player within the Mahindra Group as well as a social organization at the national level. The programs are run in two modes — directly implemented through the Foundation and with partner organizations.

They hire in bulk n then they start absconding the employees without any reason. DON'T EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY THEY'LL MAKE YOU SUFFER ALOT..... THEY DON'T PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES ON TIME AND WORSE PART THEY DON'T HAVE HUMANITY.. WORSE COMPANY TO WORK WITH????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If they will provide the new hires good info about their procedure for the training rather than just putting the info on the official mail as most of us are not aware about the information is sent to us on the official mail which is created by them really disappointed by this .
New hires do not know anything it would be great if you get in touch with them through their personal mail other than that they do not know if the training is going or not .
Accept it as a feedback and implement on this as it is difficult to get in touch with you guys in this wfh scenario.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys.. worst company i have ever seen.. trainer are really least bothered about their employer..if you are for training or for the certification they will call you 6 am in the morning and you have to waste your time and certifications will start, 4 pm in the evening.you have to waste your time a lot. Really it's annoying.... Time is expensive please don't waste it like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Request to HR team rather than wasting time of candidate in 3-4 rounds of interview with management and after that rejecting him/her in Versant round taken by mechine. Please take this round first and then manager or ops. If company beliver in mechine then start all interview rounds over mechine only. Also, request hire mangers who can judge candidate. Really it was pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no increment, no appraisals, bad politics, poor HR, worst management. i am fed up with this company. if i will get another offer, i will file a suit for everyone in this company. HR has no sense and no knowledge of anything. just like tenth pass people. management just know how to demote employees and how to fire employees. totally frustrated with Tech mahindra.
