Ad hoc charges, bad diagnosis and poor customer orientation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted them it is given by dell but there is service is not so good.... I had exchange of my key pad and power socket service that i needed for my laptop. I gave the money what they asked and at the end the service at is not so good. My keypad while i was taking from them it was good and after sometime when i started using it for work then i have seen the trouble that fitting was not so good. Keyboard it is coming outside and screws are not fitted so loosely that they r came out. I was totally disappointed by them..... And well service charge is high compare to others

I gave my laptop at the designated time and received it back at the designated time. I like the punctuality.
And the service in itself was very good. The laptop hasn't shown any troubles since.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No transparency, trusted them to repair the laptop. initially they told due to COVID situation it will take 15-20days I agreed. Now it has been about a month and every time they say they will update by evening but there is no response from them in evening. Now after wasting 1month they are again saying same words due to COVID situation it’s taking time. They do not even respond to the mails. Not professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Narendra & karthik are not professionals, They had approached & requested us to supply dell latitude laptops-110 units & mackbook air 15 units in the month of april 2020 however as on date payment has not been done. provided cheques returned dishonored for the reason"funds insufficient". 70 lakhs pending from them from past 15months. initiated criminal proceedings under negotiable instruments act.
