They have all types of laptops on display, staff is very kind & supportive. Please meet Mr. Manju who has enormous knowledge about Laptop, features. I prefer to go with his suggestions. He is the one who can work out the best possible cost. Store is genuine & they also offer after sales support. They are also genuine people when it comes to upgrading your devices after you buy them. In my view they provide the complete end to end support. This is the only store where you get complete range of Dell Products. They also offer Extended Warranty, Insurance Against Physical Damages through Dell Company itself. This value added service is not given by any multi brand store or Online Sellers. Please go with Dell Exclusive Store On Rajajinagar. Please meet Mr. Manju & Mr. Meheta they are the people to who can get you best value for your money through Dell Products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. I came with my laptop to this store today, without even enquiring about the issue they were asking me to call in the toll free number for help. If I had to do that, why would I come to a store ? The lady in the store should atleast try to learn how to talk politely to person (forget customer)!
