★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best agency for Bharat Gas. Good Customer Service. The woman sitting in the corner is self initiative to help people. I had problem with my aadhar card authentication and she helped in solving those issues by immediately contacting the necessary officials. Gave Cyclinders in the same day without delay. I highly recommend this agency who are staying near Srirampura and Okalipuram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for buying 5 liter cylinder but a lady named "Geetha" at one of the office counter adviced me to take 15 liter cylinder. She spoke nicely with me and helped me in the formality to apply for new connection of 15 liter cylinder but price was Compartively high.
They told me that if you want cylinder today you have to take to your home of your own otherwise they will deliver next day. I told them to deliver next day. They gave me the delivery boy no. and told me to give electricity bill xerox to him.
Next day I waited till afternoon, no one came to deliver. I contacted delivery boy, he asked for the address and I told him the address. He replied that he don't deliver to this address and wanted to speak with my owner because I don't know Kanada.
Then I contacted the lady and told that delivery boy is saying he don't deliver to my address. The lady replied that "it's not possible, I will contact delivery boy and will send the cylinder.
Again I contacted the delivery boy and gave the phone to one gentleman who works in factory which is in ground floor of my building. He spoke in Kanada and explained the route to delivery boy.
The delivery boy came in 5 min to deliver the Cylinder and when I was giving the electricity bill to him he refused to take. I was about to contact Geetha mam then he told don't call, I will give the electricity bill in office.
They told me that after 4 days you will get call to collect your documents. I waited and then contacted the dealer but no answer. Then after 12-13 days I went to office and asked for document. Then they gave the documents.
Thanks to Geetha mam (helped me in through out the process), delivery boy (helped in set up of gas stove and regulator) and the lady (who handover the documents and called me for bank detail verification).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of company is good, but very poor man power management, everytime I book a cylinder they charge me 60 extra as delivery charges, I pay them 30 extra every time thinking poor guys they lift the cylinder all the way, but now they have started fighting with my family for ₹60 extra as delivery if we pay ₹ 30 extra they scold us and threaten not to deliver the cylinder from next time.
Horrible is they are demanding as if they have come to recover their money.
Next time they do I will move legally. Fed up of this nonsense.
