★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs were polite. But the knowledge of the staffs were not that much. For most of the time they will suggest to go the kasturba HDFC branch for further clarification which is near MG road.This branch is located in the ground floor of the golden heights.

My credit card restructuring cancellation taken 2aug 21 , this time also not solve,, customer service members given wrong communication and mails, after some time cut the call, I'm asking connect ur higher authority customer service not connected, I want to talk with HDFC credit card manager,,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience trying to take a loan in HDFC.
I expected professional service from HDFC but this branch makes you run around. The best part is no one can give info about loan disbursement. I have also raised a customer complaint asking for a refund but I doubt if there will be any response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The home loan department is poor, they don’t work on issues raised by customers. Their processes are not transparent. The only thing they are prompt are in deducting money from your bank account. The home loan agent i have been dealing with ie Mr. Mahesh Teddy has been sitting on my issue since over 3 weeks now and there is just no resolution in place till now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location/ address changed .. ?. Over all good but totally I understood that they are not ready to process the interest reduction as per RBI. Giving falls commitment that part payment and interest reduction can't be processed same day and ask me to send a mail after 15 days etc.. Just to avoid the reduction.
