★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your bank will tell one thing and do another thing. When you gave us the first loan . You said it is 12.5% after 6 months you made 13.5% . No one informed us then you are also cutting insurance (that also after 1 year) . At corona lockdown time atleast the other bank asked (informed that we should debit the EMI or not ) but in your bank not even a single message came.If you will do like this no one will take loan from your bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst organization I have never seen in my life, the customer service staff are irresponsible, unprofessional .
They will not even care for the customer queries, they are eager to serve untill the loan approved after that they will never care for the customer, they will inform one ROI and they will increase the ROI with out informing the customer, my sincere request to people never ever ever apply loan in this finance company, they are unfit to customer service....the staff not even respond to customer nor even treat customer if u visit the branch. That too RAJAJINAGAR BRANCH is the worst branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't go for it . very highest interest earning finance company HFFC .ROI 12 to 14 % per aunam for home loan. example if you pay 15000 k EMI means 14500 goes for interest only. Customer service also not responding properly. I am sharing this information from my own experience . For 1 lakh loan amount per month interest 1060 will come.
