β β β β β Have booked my cylinder thrice and it got cancelled and later I went to the office they assured me they would provide the cylindar I waited for 2 days but they least bothered it's been almost 15 days am trying to efill but yet it did not happen and when we call them they don't even pick our calls, literally the worst distributors! No response to consumer grievances at all! The service provided is very poor!

β β β β β Proprietor Managers and those staff who do the documentation and billing have no respect for customers per se. These distributors are only after making money. These people responses is very rude and arrogant especially the managers. Despite buying stove is optional while making a new gas connections these people force and misguide people who are not aware to buy there pathetic products saying it's mandatory to buy them during new gas connections.
Very disappointing!!!!!!!

β β β β β this is the Indian gas distribution center. People.inside office feels them selves as supreme and talk like they own the rights to give gas.. explanation is very rude..
2 groups are there to support, once entered into office..
For new connection the department is inside, they have the information but the attitude is not satisfactory..
I am giving thia single star just because of the rude behavious of the Customer service team there.
