★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service provider, asking 150 rupees extra charges for bringing cylinder to upstairs 2nd floor and another 100 rupees extra charges for fitting. And they took 5 days to provide new connection.... They just money maker.... Please don't go for this service provider... They don't value customers very harshly they response if ask any questions.☹️☹️☹️☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have started charging Rs 50 additional as Gas Delivery Charges, they say Gas rates have gone up so the delivery rates too need to be paid...probably the Gas Agency Owner is hand in glove & gets a cut from the Rs50 Jai Ho HP Gas Jai Ho Modiji

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to this agency. Staff is obliging. Gave transfer to another agency in 2 minutes. I was in this area for 5 years, never faced any problem in delivery of refill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. Staff do not attend properly to customer grievance. Gas delivery takes 8 days to 2 weeks following billing date, after repeated requests. HP gas please take note of this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complaint was raised at 1:27pm on 14th Oct 2021 for gas leakage to the dealer on landline 41270370, the concerned person kept saying that he will be sending g somebody for rectification. Nobody has come for rectification till 7:30pm.
Worst customer assistance and service. Untrustable, irresponsible people, playing with lives of people.
Gas leakage complaints need yo give almost priority.
