★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is there a way to give zero star rating? Worst gas agency ever. They cancel bookings whenever they want and when we want to enquire about it and call them, they don't pick up calls. The delivery boy takes extra money for bringing the cylinder to the house. Late delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST GAS AGENCY . They cancel booking on their own wish without attempt to deliver. Always delay in deliver . SHAMELESS DELIVERY BOYS demand 30Rs extra on bill they shout at us to give 30 rs they don't accept 20 rs .IF we give 20rs next time gas will be cancelled with fake reasons. The delivery boy will always be in hurry he will not even wait for 5min . I suggest NOT TO CHOOSE THIS AGENCY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery boy didn't delivered the cylinder to us but got a message saying cylinder is delivered to us on 7th Feb. They will sell the cylinder in block to others and this is not the 1st time we are facing this issue. Worst customer service even after raising a complaint no action has been taken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Employees are irresponsible. No one will pick the call always. Customer has to visit and explain their issue. I booked cylinder on 2nd July 2018 and made the payment online. But i have received receipt in that amount is mentioned instead of zero. Good that delivery guy has delivered. And said that "i needs to walk to Kalpana Agency with online booked details and get it resolve by today evening other wise i will be coming to home tomorrow to collect the cash"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, never come on time, delivery boys always ask for extra money even if you receive cylinder on the road. If you are not giving extra money you can expect some rude behavior from them also no onetime delivery.
Regarding cancelled cylinder amt refund - I'm trying to call to Kalpana Agency from past 3 days but nobody picking the call even though its ringing every time, not sure what is the reason for it....... Finally I have decided to change the distributer.
