★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service very poor. By giving wrong information to the customer, take the product from home for repair. Then says that parts not available., we will give replacement offer. They kept my product for 2 months and then returned when I reject the replacement offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving this particular service center and in general the Sony Customer care one star only because that is the minimum i have to give them in order to write a review... If I could I would have given them 0 stars. The service is terrible, I have had to call them a 100 times and they are having useless type of attitude to deal with customers. Calling Sony Customer care was totally useless too they weren't ready to understand what I am saying and just do as they please. Very Disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleasantly surprised by the extremely nice and professional conduct displayed by the staff of this service center. You usually expect tired and irritable employees at a service center but Ms. Priyanka smashed these stereotypes and was diametrically opposite. She was polite, listened to me empathetically and was really quick in resolving the matter. She deserves a raise! Sony, you earned a customer for life (at least for earphones).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped my in warranty headphones at this Authorized Sony Service Centre and they told me it will take minimum 7-8 days to diagnose the issue but I got a call from them the very next day that my headphones are fine & I can collect them. Went to the center and headphones still having noise issue. the technician at the centre wore the headphones for less than 2 minutes and said they are working fine.Terrible service. Don't go to this sony service centre.
