এখানের কিছু কিছু sales staff এর গাড়ি কেনার পর কাস্টমার এর সাথে ব্যাবহার অত্যন্ত জঘন্য ???????????? i fell this ... , Because also i was buying a vehicle in there... When i was buying a vehicle all r behaviour very quilt but after buying in few month when i was talking them about problem and a simple quari for my vehicle they behave like as a ...... ,like as a owner of the world .... Verry poor training staff in here ...??? সাধারন মানুষ যদি কোনো জিজ্ঞাস্য থাকে তারা কিছুই কি জিজ্ঞেস করতে পারবে না ,,,??? তাদের পিছনে বলা হবে কথা থেকে আসে এই সব কাস্টমার ..???? এই হলো এদের ব্যাবহার ... But service staff r good i give 2 * for the service staff not for sales staff ....
Some of the sales staff here are very disgusted with the customer after buying the car ???????????? i fell this ..., Because also I was buying a vehicle in there ... When I was buying a vehicle all r behavior very quilt but after buying in few months when i was talking them about problem and a simple quari for my vehicle they behave like a ......, like as an owner of the world .... Verry poor training staff in here ... Ordinary people can't ask anything if they have any questions ,,, ??? All these customers come from behind them .. ???? This is their use ... But service staff r good i give 2 * for the service staff not for sales staff ....

My personal experience with this service centre is not very pleasant.  After deleting previous two rivews ( Due to humanitarian grounds) this is my third edited rivew. Service centre stuffs need to be skilled to behave with customers properly. They maybe regularly or occasionally trained. There should be a board, mentioning mobile numbers of responsible personnel or disciplinary authorities . Like.. a) Service Manager...########## b) Assistant Service Manager. ########## There should be a board for  customers , mentioning do's and don'ts. Most importantly Service Manager's  desk should be visible by all customers. Advance money receipt copy ( system generated) need to be modified by system support stafs. I have been harassed for this cause or ground. Why customer will bring advance money receipt copy, when you already have 2 duplicate copies  in your file. customers do advance for some specific parts or job. which surely have mentioned in job sheet. So I don't think it is not mandatory to provide the same by customers. This need to be modified / regularized by authority. If still this is Mandetory, then include a line in bottom of this copy mentioning that this bill should be produced or exhibit on time of delivery of byk. Administrative personnel are very prompt serious and helpful  but non-cooperative staffs ( administrative personnel are very well known about them) need to be learned their lessons. I Subhajit Tewari would like to thanks # Mr Md. Abid ( very responsible and Helpful) assistant Service Manager #Mr. Moinak Maulik account section staff and # Srijeet. I wish a successful career of them with this service centre. I would like to suggest all to contact above mentioned personnel, if you face any problem. Namaskar?.
