★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service pathetic. During 1st free service came to know that normal engine oil is not available with them so servicing done without changing engine oil.
Service booking procedure: had to call 2-3 days beforehand to make booking. During service day have to wait infront of the service shop from 8 am, and service shop will open at 9.30am. Reason being they issue more token than they can handel hence people make long line there. If you delay in reaching the service shop say around 11-11.30 am then they will not deliver the bike on that day but on next day.
During 2nd sevice had done the required prior booking. Since long line will be there i thought to go to them at around 11 am. Had a call from them that bike will not be delivered today since I am late.
They should take job within their capacity. For such pathetic service and handling of matters giving them 1 star. I would have given them 0 stars but no such option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete unprofessional sub-dealer. They took 5 months to arrange my bike number plate. I haven't received my bike smart card even after 9 months. Coming to the servicing experience, it is not good at all. They are disorganised firstly and then the quality is not also optimum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Servicing work ? at Kalyani. They have a good workshop for servicing. The boys doing free service and paid service insist for replacement of parts, unwanted testing , which escalate bill amount.
