We installed APFC panel from which is not not working 1 %also and after repeated attempts from their side to work properly the panel is a complete disaster. They fail to serve us and on top of that they asked for installing a separate panel again.Staff Mangesh and Sandeep not at all professional and they invited some other person from Pune to rectify.Reply from staff "humne to panel install kar diya abhi woh kaam nahi karta hai to hamara lookout nahi hai, humne sab check kar liya"
This stupid answer I got .
Thank to some other guys who I got contacted and with minimum sundry amount he rectified the panel.
