★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had send in a moto phone for the frame replacement which i had purchased online, the quality of the replacement job was good but got the phone back with the display light not working...basically less usable than when i sent it in for repairs.
They blamed it on the panel, and returned the phone with the great looking new frame but totally black screen :) ..now have a brand new paper weight.....and still ended up paying their service charge.
was expecting a refund of the service charge but i guess it is expecting too much in terms of professionalism from them. So in all a mixed review....it will be a hit or miss kind of experience with a lot of follow up and store visits from customer side needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Name -sunil we give our oppo phone to full display change.but he changed only the front glass.after that glass came off. We went 5 to 6 times to say this.but he saying that it ok don't worry.after that we went to oppo service center and we said the problem.then they said that is a duplicate glasses.and we service in oppo service center .after that we went to sunil shop and we said that is a duplicate glasses we showed bill also after that he saying that to take the virtual bill of oppo service center but we showed virual bill but he is not listening what we said and he did not give bill what he have sevice.after 10 days he given the bill and he did not give our money back .he is a one of the mad fellow and he this the one of the biggest beggar in the world please don't go there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never go here for Mobile repair. My mobile was not working, so I went to this shop they told that they will repair it for Rs 2500. I agreed. But 2 days after repair the mobile charged started to reduce to 0% within 3hours and the speaker was also not working anymore. I went to the shop again they told that there is a problem with battery and speaker now (WHICH WAS NOT THERE EARLIER) and it would cost Rs 2000 more. When I asked why should I pay for the additional problem created by them they started speaking very rudely. Even if I pay 2000 more they wont provide any guarantee that the phone will work properly. THEN WHAT IS THE USE OF THE SERVICE CENTER,??? They just keep making you pay, until you eventually decide to buy a new phone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, they won’t return the products forget about fixing it. Sunil least bother to pick the calls, he should not give the business number to his customer and they won’t understand the urgency. Headlong people with zero phone etiquette. NEVER visit again here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ joined for mobile service training with zero knowledge.. but after 2 weeks I got a confidence and good knowledge to do mobile service. good quality and very good staff.Trainers (SREEKAR SIR N RABIN SIR) has very good knowledge and experience too.. and Prakash sir also give us motivational speech. Thank you so much everyone. And special thanks to sreekar sir ❤️❤️ ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is a big fraud. He had committed to repair my phone and stole 3500 bucks in the pretext of repairing it. The motherboard was not replaced at all and the phone stopped working within a week. He picked it up once again and made a mess. This time the phone only lasted 2 weeks but now he refuses to return the money or repair the phone. Please stay away from such frauds!!!!
