★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got defective ac from Great Eastern, Garia and Techno plaza is authorized centre for godrej ac...... and they have not replaced yet after 5 days of complain.. please do not buy from great eastern, Shitala mandir. Garia , Kolkata. Very Poor Customer Service and their partner Techno Plaza. I need to file a consumer forum complain and bring them in line with customer power.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service station. I have purchased a new Sony Bravia Television recently. The technician from this service center installed the television on 14.04.22 and he first noticed that the remote is not working properly. A call was logged with this service station. On 16th of April another technician came and noted the problem. Then there was no response on their part. After my repeated calls the same technician came again and took away my new remote for reporting the problem to company for replacement. This time they again came after repeated calls and gave us a step gaph remote which was not working, too much dirty and having leaked batteries. Today they gave me back my previous remote saying that there was no problem observed by them and they have made slight repairing of the remote. But the remote is having the same problem. Terrible experience is being faced by me from this service centre. I think a company like Sony shouldn't entrust their servicing job to such a worst class service center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They replaced my Sony earphones without any question, within 1 hour ,totally free of cost. Moreover I forgot to bring the original box, extra earbuds and paper works, still they were okay with it.The product was in warranty and I had the soft copy of original invoice, those two factors were enough. I am really happy with the service and good behaviour. I totally recommend them.
