It was as if he was doing a favour to me by taking my interview, I know some times stress does take over you but that does not mean that you will take out your stress on others....

higher Management is so cooperative (HR Ishika and Akanksha....cool).
Best work culture, Friendly environment, Professional Growth, Learning, Grooming.
You know, at last employee look for work environment, where he has to spent 9- 10hours - so Chill work culture.
I love the ambience of teleminds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave an interview there .It was really nice I worked there for 1 month and I observed few things. Firstly the meal is so hyginic and clean tasty as well. And also the timing are very suitable like when you get free you will have your complete day after 2.30 and bcz of my exams I left .Now I am planning to rejoin this company

The timings of the office is very flexible for the girls as well. They do provide the meal and cab facilities ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1.A worst company to work with. They don’t give you offer letter even after join they don’t provide appointment letter and fun of the funniest thing their hr is saying I don’t have the format of appointment letter so I will give later.
2.They hire and tell you different company name and then they will send email from different name and when you start working they will say to pretend another name of company in front of customer.
3. There is no proper time of lunch , no good cafteria,
You have to eat your by standing only just because sometime you just don’t get sit
4. There washroom is so so bad even public washrooms are far better
5. Their Hr show you attitude like she is the owner of the company they have tantrum on another level
6. They don’t pay salary on time and there is lot of deduction
7. Personally I observe that mostly people don’t work here for long term
8. They don’t pay for training.
