★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not buy! Go to Benzer down the road instead for better collection and service. Telon is unprofessionally run. Staff commit to a date but won’t deliver. Made me wait 6 hours in the shop for items ordered week in advance. Delayed my entire travel schedule. Frustrating experience after spending nearly six figures!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience.Two shirts of Same size fit differently. Stitching does not appear uniform. Salesman was trying to give almost 45% discount, giving a doubt that he was selling a recycled (already used and dry cleaned) dress.

Has valet parking, despite located on Avery busy road.
The downside is, a bit high priced & don't expect to get cheap stuff.

extremely rude employees
got a ready made jodhpuri jacket from there and they said they would alter it since it was loose. While getting it altered they cut it too short and it doesn’t fit properly anymore. The salesman then goes on to blame the shape of my body and says the fitting is right, you’re just “delusional”. ALL THIS IN FRONT OF THE OWNER OF THE STORE.

Didn't particularly like the ready made mens clothes on display and therefore had bespoke tailor-made Jodhpuri and Bandi suits made for my son and I.
Excellent turn around times. Choosing, measuring, (trial only for me) and final delivery in 4 days for my son and 7 days for myself. Perfect fit and very good suggestions.
Expensive but it's mainly silk and hand embroidered materials so looks and worth it.
We were lucky to find a lull in the wedding season for this rapid service.
Recommended. 5 stars all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Very Bad Customer Service & stitching of clothes ! We need to pay full amount to them but they don't deliver us the clothes with proper stitching, proper accessories which we saw with that attire. Only name is Telon and some good design's you get leaving that nothing is good !!
All my wedding attires purchased from this store only but none of the attires Stitching was good even after they have taken my body measurements (Some are very loose, Some very tight, Some are very short & Some are very long) ? some random accessories are added to some attires. A complete disappointment. ?
