★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to enquire about hiring a 27 seater bus. A rude guy picked up the phone and said they don't have a bus and hung up. Did not even bother to offer any other option.

I called the Pune number provided on the website on 26th Dec 2017. I enqired about booking the Tempo Traveller for a day to visit Shirdi and Shani Shingnapur on 6th Jan 2018. The guy told me the package rate of Non-AC is Rs.6000/- and AC is Rs.8000/-. He asked me to do the booking in December itself if I want to travel on 6th Jan. I agreed and called him back on 29th Dec. ie. just 3 days later. This guy first denied that he spoke to me. Later he said that he had told me that Rs.Rs.6000/- package is for 400Km limit. When i told him that he never mentioned about any Km limits he became arrogant and started insulting me on phone.
I have a complete audio recording of both the phone conversations to prove that I am right and the guy is telling lies. But i feel i don't have to do that. God will take care of it automatically. But certainly, i want to warn other customers in Pune, not to book through such unreliable and unpredictable travel company. Or else you may invite unnecessary troubles.

We booked one of their tempo traveller well in advance for Goa trip. They promised us to provide a coach with reclining seats. 4 days before the Goa tour they called us and told tht recliner seat coach not available. Cancelled the booking n took the advance back. We had to search it again as we were travelling with family.
SO IF YOU WANT TO BOOK CAB, TEMPO , COACH AVOID THIS SAI CAB. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very nice drive from Pune to Lonavala and from there to Mahabaleshwar. The Tempo Bus of 20 -Seater was Superb and updated.
We had compared his fare with 2 other travels and found his fare lesser by at least 10% .
And driver Mr Satyajit was very cooperative and helpful.
Would recommend it to who are looking for their journey from Pune.

It was a horrible horrible experience renting tempo traveller from mr vikas - MH12 NX4429 with driver mr satyajit 907527247 from 7th to 10th march. Myself and my cousin's families (8 adults + 4 kids) decided to opt for tempo traveller instead of buying 2 zoomcars so that we all could travel together and have fun. But the experience turned out be tormenting. On 1st day while going from pune to panchgani we had to spend 3 hours on road (plz note we all were tired since we had travelled whole night to reach pune) since the driver was fined for not following proper rto rules. Driver was not ready to listen to police and kept on arguing with police. With small kids aged 1 year to 5 years it turned out to be miserable start of our tour. We finally reached panchgani at 3pm (we started from pune at 7am from pune station). On 2nd day we had another horrible experience. We decided to visit mapro farm. Before reaching mapro farm our driver stopped approx 500 mtrs before mapro farm and told us to go walking since he said vehicles are not allowed. Believing him we got down with kids and walked to mapro farm and it was shocking for us to see vehciles were allowed to drop visitors to mapro farm gate though not allowed to park. Anyhow we spent quality time in mapro farm and then called the owner to inform driver that he should atleast drop or pick us up from entrance gate where ever we go since we had small kids. Owner/Driver were very adamant that they will not come to gate so we had to literally behave like cooli carrying all the stuff we bought from mapro farm...(each package of 15 kgs atleast) with kids tired we had to take them in lap as well. When we reached parking ladies were pretty upset so obviously they spoke abt their disappointment to driver satyajit. He got mad and abused them and informed angrily that "he will not start tempo so all of u get down" . We spent 1 hours waiting outside parking for help. It was our luck that a gentle policeman came to our rescue and then confronted driver for his bad behiavour. We informed the policeman that we dont want to continue with this vehicle, so please inform him to return our advance (out of 21k we had paid 16k in advance). It was because of the policemans efforts that driver/owner agreed to return 3.5k..Imagine spending so much money and with all this headache...This was the worst experience hiring tempo traveller i had in my entire life.I have proof (snapshots of whatsapp communication, google timeline) of each and every thing i have said to proove my review...Plz avoid this rental if u dont want to spoil your holidays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever , *** our traveller tire burst on highway the vehicle was over 80 km/h . Also the spare tire was in very bad condition.*** . They did not tell me the charges start from their office , irrespective of pickup location .
We have to go 6km off route for which he is asking High rate and was not agreeing to go .
They take the whole amount of base 300 km in advance.
Please do save some time money and life and book from some other agencies.
