★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately,sad to know that people are rating this group with 5 stars.I request all those to kindly visit their website and verify the datils of projects incomplete in Bhiwadi Rajasthan even after 10 years of their launch.The promoters and directors of TERRA GROUPS are MAHA FRAUDS.I am victim of this group since last 7 years.I had booked a 2BHK Flat in their ongoing projects TERRA CASTLE Bhiwadi in Jun 2013.They promised by means of builder buyers agreement to complete the project in 3 years but dont know which calender they use,their 3 year not completed till today. They refused to complete the project and blatantly refused to refund my money.This group is not at law abiding as they flouted the RERA Rajasthan order and not executed till date.I have paid Rs.2000000/- which is my hard eraned money and still paying EMIs.I would like to warn all prospective buyers to beware of these frauds.Please feel free to contact me to know the complete details of frauds commited by this group with evidences on record.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My self punit kumar ,i never trust anyone unless i see by myself,this is first project of terra in faridabad ,builder know the value of this area ,project is some delayed but they are doing well ,i appreciate for this,location is much good than any project its near by service road and now d mart has been opened so greater faridabad is now becoming slowly greater noida where public like to live there,so invest in this project this is a future,and i also request builder that complete this project on time with good quality then public will buy this project on both hands.dont delay becuase first impression is last impression ,greater faridabad have much potentiontail and now people liked that kind of good places.so do your best and delivedred this project on time.i have taken this project bcaz of this location ,location is much much good and if builder will complete this project on time no flats will ne remain,it my promise.jai mata di.
