I can't say that i never faced any issue everyone aware this is only depends on Satellite, i was also faced an issue with connectivity. But on same time I received proper support from Tesla team to reconnect. Before Tesla Internet I was used so many Internet provider but after Tesla I don't required to change internet connection. They are all professional and I remember 1 movement during Covid days i was working in late-night suddenly connectivity lost and I called to Mr. Abhishek around 01 AM, he was picked my call on that time and said that give me 5-10 mints to restart. I am happy to say to Tesla Internet team that I am happy & satisfied with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with the service. Faced intermittent connectivity for last 2 weeks but no response from anyone, either they don't pickup the call or it's busy!! I changed the whole wiring but that didn't worked out too. Missed my job for one day because of it and now happy to say I am Airtel user.
