★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This colg is 2.4 km away from thane railway station.you'll need to take bus or auto from station.I studied applied Art 1st year in this colg, i hate this colg so much. I don't know about fine art departments but applied art department is a nightmare. I've been sir J J School of Art for 2 years. I did ATD there. So i know all the basic techniques and of course about teaching also. Thane colg said applied art is private course and it started recently in 2017. 1st year classroom is okay but they don't have enough desks and poor thing is 2nd year student don't have separate classroom for them, literally they spend whole year in computer lab. Now those teachers, where should i start those teachers don't know anything about applied art they teach whatever they feel to teach whether it's wrong or right they don't care. They have so much attitude omg they treat students really badly, not all students bcoz they do partiality also. Teachers are really Bad there and you're not going to experience colg Life bcoz it's like school or worse than school i say, u can't talk with ur classmates, u can't go out of classroom, can't go out without permission for just taking print or buying stuff, even u can't just roam around in class. If ur friend is trying to teach u something those teachers will scold u and will say ask teacher if u want don't talk anything with anyone! I'll say there's atmosphere is not suitable for Artist! I wasted my money and my time there plus i got demotivated. Stay away from this colg.
