★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very pathetic bank. I went for franking service but whenever I visit there they call me on next working day as staff there are least aware about the procedures of franking. All look at each others faces. Aesa lagta hai paise deke job khareedi hai seat garam karne and customers ka time waste karne

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst bank I had ever moved in. I feel ashamed to even name it as a bank. Rating them even one star is like committing a sin. They deserve less then a star. No staff is helpful they do least care about their customers. Similar to the Government bank they busy point fingers at each other. At one point I felt that the bank's watchman knows more then their staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today, I visited Lower Parel branch for franking my documents. I have never seen the worst bank in my life. There is no staff in the branch. No control of branch manager on staff. No reply given by the branch staff. Totally hopeless experience.
