Specially 3 bhk was Awesome, layout is good with 100% Usable area of total Carpet , lots of Open space is Impressive thing of Capmus , compaired to other project . .I am happy ...Must buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction and amenities are good but the documentation service provided is very bad, it literally takes so much of your time and then you get worried as the agreement and other stuff don't happen on time. The legal documentation service with lawyer is bad.
The sales team only ask you to complete your payment timely, don't wait for one single money but even at the time of possession the work of flat is incomplete , even the commode is not fitted, only giving excuses, the doors are rusty, pathetic service by this project. No quality according to the price of flat. false commitment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very fake sales team .the sales person name Rudra is very rude and unprofessional the construction quality is not good of the building .what they have promised they don't deliver it . Builder is also not giving proper response for this .
# from the builder side they are not ready to provide a legal documents . They have denied to give a legal documents of flat .
Some things are construct in inlegal area some people are running there business in inlegal area .
Kindly check all the legal documents before purchase the flat .
When they denied to provide a legal documents we have cancelled our booking there ask for feedback form and email they denied to provide .
They are selling the same. Flat to two different people kindly check all the documents and then purchase .
Sales person said if you want to purchase the property purchase otherwise don't purchase .
Sales person ask for give a application form of that we have cancelling the property inform him to write a proper reason he said write that because of personal reasons your cancelling this property ....
Suggestions - before buying please ask for legal documents.
