IT HAS THEM ALL
transformation is combined effort of the trainer and the trainee and in my case I would give 90% of the credit to our trainer Puneet bhaiya , he guided me with the exercises , nutrition , do's and don'ts .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trainer you can rely on blind foldedly, Affordable ,All basic amenities available, Family like environment,Well equipped.
I lost 18 kgs in 3 months all because of the guidance by our trainer Puneet Bhaiya. Give it a shot and you won't be leaving it I believe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What else do we need in a gym if we get a good trainer. Same thing with this gym too. Our trainer punit bhaia is quite friendly and very experienced. He really care and go above and beyond to help you achieve your goal. Must join!
