★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's more than century old bank. One of the old banks. They still do banking old fashioned style. Only one ATM machine that too in head office. It's quite safe as phishing cannot happen here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a very senior crying for help in 9th block Jayanagar branch....nobody has any heart in this cruel branch !!
Unless this bank does a lot to change the working culture to keep the customer first, this bank has to only count few years before it becomes history.
Whoever has been a long term depositor in this bank, it's time to make a systematic withdrawal plan in next 5 years, because these co-op banks were valid 15 years back, not anymore!
