★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On November 2020, I have wrongly purchased a Bed & Mattress from 136B Rashbehari Avenue, Kolkata - 29 showroom of this Beautility. Some Mr. Raj Barman, an ill mannered person had dealt with us. Myself & my wife were repeatedly insulted by this person. I humbly request to all that please please do not waste your money, time and prestige while be in touch with Beautility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought of exchanging an old Butility furniture , so I visited the showroom which is not worth the name with dusty stink .And... Some Mr. Raj with his Ill manners seemed very reluctant to even talk to a customer. Then I read the reviews and dropped the idea of purchasing anything from this once prestigious furniture store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving them one star because there is no option of negative rating. Purchased a 3 door wardrobe and a dressing unit 2 years back. They don't know how to value their commitment and what is after sales service. Product quality is also very bad.
