β β β β β The Charkop branch entire staff right from the Branch manager to the counter staff is worse they lack in customer service, no greetings, no smile. They do not provide information to the customer saying you are from different branch customer. When there is multi branch banking facility available long years back. But instead they take money from customer for FDS though a customer is not from their branch. For this purpose they will take extra effort to call other branch for giving green signal for taking out cash. The branch will not give customer service. Bank but will require customer money for achieving their targets.
If you visit the Branch in their banking hours the staff Mr. Saurabh Agarwal will be busy looking at the computer screen instead of attending to your queries. Such busy staff lacks in basic training of customer requirement.
The passbook update machine sometimes do not function properly the counter staff instead tells you to do again on your own passbook printing but they will not help you. On top of it they say machine sometimes shows error. But the untrained staff will not understand customer service at all.
The Branch Manager Ms Rekha Bangera lacks in customer service. Does not respect the customer. When complaint about the staff Ms Mohini Kotian, as she didn't give information about account freeze date. Instead tells me to check the branch where I am having account. Ms Mohini Kotian was not ready to give basic information and there is no willingness to serve the customer. Ms Rekha Bangera protects the staff and neglects the customer. In this competitive world for her staff is much more important than the customer.
Written all this experience to the central office, they told me to resolve the problem with Ms Rekha Bangera. She is such a pathetic manager she required some staff help to fix the meeting. The meeting was cancelled as she wanted to go in the head office. Afterwards she forget to call up and have meeting again. So I had to write the email again to central office about all this. Later on I went down to the branch more than half hour I had meeting with her but she didn't apologies at all. Wow what an manager firstly giving such bad service and later on this kind of treatment as if nothing has happened. Anyways I wasted my time and energy by visiting such a awful branch who's manager lacks in basic customer satisfaction.
Again I had to write email to the central office about the meeting and through email The Branch manager Ms Rekha Bangera had apologized. So friends this is how you may be treated in this branch. No clue till date what action is taken against the staff and manager from the central office.
