★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was searching for a Hybrid bike however due to ongoing Covid issue the availability of good cycles was very limited. I got a contact of "The Bicycle World" from Google. The owner confirmed the availability which I wanted and within an hour I got Kross Impel Gusto. Owner Kamal is a genuine person and guides you very well using his own experience in this industry. The staff is very cooperative especially the technical guy "Sonu". Good experience overall and I recommend them to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome bike shop. Kamal bhaiya is one of the most down to earth and knowledgeable person I have met. He guided me thoroughly to choose the perfect bike for me. The service staff is also very sound in technical aspect.
Will surely recommend to visit the shop once if you are looking to get a bike or for regular follow up maintenance / service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So it was a case of rear derailleur (Shimano Alivio) bend to an extent that my GT could not be taken for a ride. Talked to this gentleman @Kamal Bhati and he assured me it would be done. And to my surprise Mr Kamal took no more than 4 hours to get the thing back in shape and working absolutely fine including pickup and drop.. Amazing work.. Thanks a lot..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great for bicycle repair and servicing. Negotiate to get a better deal for servicing. Parking outside the shop is a nightmare. This is Jagat farm. Truly congested. Nightmare of you are carrying a cycle in your car as you want to park as close to the shop if possible. Try 10:30 am to make it easy.
