Have loved all their branches. The food is nice, the staff nicer. Tried their Irish cream mudslide. No complaints. Love their ravioli. The salads can be a lot better though. Place is very popular so you will mostly have to wait 15-20 minutes, sometimes more, to be seated.

Food: 10/10. Basic Decency: 0/100 Writing this review as i head home. I am taking back with me an order worth a substantial sum, lets just say thats its close to 5 figures and I and my family cant wait to eat. The smell is intoxicating! As i placed the order i was told that it would take 20 mins. I asked if i could get a place to sit and i was bluntly replied "No". Thought he was kidding but apparently not. I said that the restaurant had lmaybe 4 tables occupied so why cant i get a place to sit. Its not rush hour anyway. Time was 5:45pm. He said all tables are reserved and there are people waiting. Then by all means call them in. Its raining for crying out loud! And how much does arranging 1 chair take really! I, like many i am sure, have waited quite a bit to get a table and the food is so worth it. But theres such a thing called basic decency! Give a man a place to sit while he waits after placing the order. Big or small order doesnt really matter. What matters is humanity. Staff was polite and all but really felt bad that i had to stand for 25 mins while i waited for my order. Show a little class Big Chill

Over the years this cafe has not lost its touch, food , desserts and drinks have been consistently great. Trued chicken. Melt sandwich, my favourite, 10/10 , taste , chicken quantity. For dessert it was baileys tiramisu , would highly recommend it. Service is good too .

The food is great but the servers/managers are rude. They don’t smile. They’re sullen. As if they’re doing some great favor to the paying customer. However great a restaurants food may be but if the atmosphere is unwelcoming why would I want to go there. Already decided never to go to this mini-restaurant and if I want to go to big chill then I’d rather go to the bigger branch (Saket Mall for example) hopefully the servers are happier/better paid/unconstipated and hopefully the β€œmanagement” will correct this in what is otherwise great food (a definite plus for a restaurant)

I guess, their taste and quality of food is one of the bestest in town. Every dish of this restaurant is worth trying.

The big chill is a chill place in the big oasis that is Delhi. It is nice to hang out in the cool ambience which is tastefully decorated and feels chic to sit in. They serve nice cakes - I felt spoilt for choice and loved the options available. The food was also nice. We had garlic bread, bruschetta, cream pasta, pizza. All lived up to the high expectations we came in with!! It also has nice clean toilets, which is a big plus when going out. Everyone loved it!
