★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funny experience we had while going to look for some worthy helmet. Inexperienced staff of course we can clearly notice that the staff were dead scared if the management. The owner was trying to convince us to buy something by telling us that they sell 200 helmets a day. She literally ate our brain without allowing us ti browse the models. Then there us one salesperson by the name Surya who has good knowledge about the helmets which is why he not fit to work in this shop but a better shop. He did show us some models and we sorta didn't find what we are looking for, a flip up and a dual visor helmet.
Now, I have been to a reputed store in vizag who is sort of monopoly due to the cintent they maintain at their store. They showed us good models matching my criteria and liked few of those. After enough research, I reached out to this store again to check for the best price. These guys maintain an insta page but totally useless as they don't respond asap and little less courteous. Theese guys are quoting 15% higher price than every other outlet. You can compare from other outlets to confirm what I said.
What oissed me off here is the way these guys respond to customers. Let me remind you that u r making a living based on the purchases the customers make. You lost ur business because of your manners. Have fun.
At least learn to treat your staff properly.
